Renovation modifying the structure and façade of the building built in 1961. The project involved changing the location of the home’s staircase to optimize the distribution. The irregular geometry of the floor plan required a complex fit of the pieces to achieve the large, open spaces required by the client, such as the common kitchen-dining room area next to the terrace on the main façade.
