Construction of a new building between party walls, comprising five apartments distributed over a ground floor and four upper levels. The project includes urban renewal and consolidation of the facade facing Sant Josep de Calassanç Square. The main rooms of the apartments feature large windows with views of the square’s green area, while the bedrooms are oriented towards the quiet inner courtyard. The building, designed with high regard for the environment, achieves an A energy rating.
